If an adult was to try your patience, you would not scream and yell at them right? So why would you put something that you love so much through that? The best thing to do if you feel like your getting close to your breaking point is to take a few deep breaths and move on. You would not know how great it feels to just inhale and exhale a few short times instead of getting angry, this also helps you in gaining a sense of operate for your present situation.
If your patience is still being tried, put yourself on a time out. No we are not saying put your head in a angle or anything like that. plainly walk away from the lesson that is causing your patience to run dry. Take a few minutes to recoup and you will be power mom or dad all over again.
